TOWN WIDE YARD SALE
SATURDAY, JUNE 8, 2013
9AM – 3PM
Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Matawan Aberdeen Public Library, a 501(c)3 organization.
Do you have extra stuff? Items someone else could use? Here’s an opportunity to clean up, make some money, have fun and help the Matawan Aberdeen Public Library. Register for the TOWN WIDE YARD SALE to be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 (rain date June 9). For $10 we will take care of the advertising, distribution of maps of sale locations and provide signs to mark participating sellers. REGISTER BY MAY 29TH.

Please complete and return the form by mail or in person to the Friends of the Matawan Aberdeen Public Library, 165 Main Street, Matawan, New Jersey 07747. Enclose a check for $10 (no cash) made payable to the Friends of MAPL.

Book and Media Donations Begin Accepted
Book and Media donations will be accepted for one day only this winter:
Saturday, March 23, 2013
9:30am – 4:30 pm
Due to the library basement renovations we are unable to accept donations before or after this day.
Donations must be brought into the library and given directly to the Friends stationed at the tables behind the DVDs.
Donation Guidelines:
Books must be clean, with bindings and covers intact.
We also accept CDs, DVDs and audio books.
We will NOT accept:
- Books that are musty, dirty, moldy, smelly, brittle, or have torn/missing pages.
- Reference sets (encyclopedias, etc.)
- Magazines
- Textbooks
- Reader’s Digest Condensed Books
- Technical, financial, business, technology, or travel material older than 2009
- VHS Tapes
